After a year of no official Queensland camps in the group since the January 2020 meet due to covid requirements everything aligned for the meet to proceed for 2021.

We had a great roll up of 19 camps plus 2 day visitors. We welcomed a new member to the group, Sue who had one of the three fully canvas trailers. Two members of the group showed off their new hard sided campers after changing from their canvas trailers, Robyn and Mike with their new Austrack and Alex and Jill with their AOR.

The waterhole was put to great use and was deeper than the previous year. It was certainly needed after the annual cleanup. Thanks to all who made the grounds and the facilities look great. The scout group certainly appreciate this.

Many members made the effort to visit the local areas close to the scout grounds while others just enjoyed the serenity of the surrounds of the camp ground.

Many different sized green frogs were making use of the ladies toilet but were safely located to the grounds.

The weather, the grounds plus great shade trees to sit under and waterhole just make this weekend one to keep coming back to and guess what the dates are booked in again for 2022.
