WHERE. Angel's Retreat Camping, 233 Dwyer Ridges
Road Mount Alford, near Boonah in SE Queensland

WHEN. On the weekend of Saturday 6th to Sunday
7th August 2022. Your hosts will be arriving on Friday 5th August. If you would
like to arrive before or stay on after these dates, please contact the property
owner Natalie 0407 879 037.
GETTING THERE. From Boonah head south on the Boonah-Rathdowne
Road for approx. 4km & turn right into Mount Alford Road. At approx 10.3km turn
left into Dwyer Ridges Road. Follow this road for approx. 2.3km until you see a
gate with a "Welcome to Angel's Retreat Camping' sign on it on your left. Drive
through the gate & follow the righthand track down & veer left into the larger campsite.
CAMPING. We will be bush camping in the large open
grassed area called "The Gabba" with a creek boundary.
MAKING ARRANGEMENTS.
There is no need to book. If you would like to attend just add your name to the
form provided. The address of the form can be found in the Australian
CamperTrailers forum under the Upcoming Events heading or in the
Australian
CamperTrailers Facebook Group by typing Angel's Retreat into the search this group
window.
CAMPING FEES.
$10 per person per night. Owners will collect the fees.
POWER.
There are no powered sites.
WATER. There is no drinking water.
CAMPFIRES. Campfires are allowed in the fire
places provided.
FIREWOOD. Please bring some firewood along or $10 a
bag.
TOILETS. There are two port-a-loos.
DUMP POINT.
There is a dump point in the Boonah Showground.
SHOWERS. There are no showers.
DOGS. This is a working cattle property. Dogs
are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times.
RUBBISH. Please take your rubbish with you
ACTIVITIES.

HAPPY HOUR.
Please bring a plate & a drink along for happy hour at 3pm
Saturday afternoon.
Come sit &
relax with a bunch of like minded people. Check the modifications others have done to
their camper trailers to make camping life all that more enjoyable. You might
meet as complete strangers on the Friday evening, but will part old friends such
is the camaraderie.
You do not need a camper trailer to attend. Members without a camper are more
than welcome to come along & get a first hand unbiased opinion of a particular
camper trailer from their owners. Come along & meet the faces behind the typing.
You are also very welcome to drop in for the day.
Please keep in mind that the group owners will not accept any responsibility
for members & non-members actions during the weekend get together.
If you decide to attend, it is solely at your own responsibility, including any
side trips or outings during the weekend meet.
