I’ve got air in my water pump for the kitchen and I can’t get rid of it

Hi Gary,

12volt water pressure pumps are self priming & usually overcome any air locks.

You could try pouring water back down from the tap end?

Do you have a filter on the water line before the pump? Could have something in the diaphragm preventing it to seat correctly? Try blowing back down the line?

The pumps are easy to pull apart. Our portable water pump was not pumping & after taking it apart I found a little bit of quartz in the diaphragm, picked up when rolling up the hose.

Please let us know who you go.
