Love the snow photo Nige. I said to Carol the other week, look Barrington Tops has 6cm of snow forecast, how good would it be waking to that....... she said off you go then

Looks like it will be just you and me then Rob, lets go :D

However the kids did have a ball that trip, we ended up with about 6 inches of snow over a couple of days, it got down to -8 !!

Good photo. I liked where you place your camp trailer. Those surroundings with fresh air, that is really stress-free.

Hi all. Here's a pic of our camper at The Bridal Track near Hillend October long weekend. It's a Bell Canvas tent on a trailer that I built myself in 2007.Image

We have just sent a week at Hill End after the national meet & spent a day wandering down the Bridle Track & exploring the surrounding area.

Managed to use our GIC CT with 18' tent for a few days at Wangi for the first time. Plenty of room. Good for camping but I wouldn't want to be putting it up/down on a daily basis while touring. Erecting the awning is optional so I guess it wouldn't be too bad just putting up the tent up which goes out both sides of the trlr. Although a simple 2 pole awning just the width of the trlr to go out over the kitchen would be good especially if raining. You can enclose the awning with external walls and there is an internal room divider wall. Also a tropical roof that goes over the lot if needed but we had plenty of shade. We should be a lot quicker putting it down next time as the previous owners hadn't folded it away properly and I couldn't find a video on youtube to follow but figured it out in the end
