Hi andylet,

Generally in the comments area for campsite info in WikiCamps there is feedback about what fits into the camping area. I have downloaded WikiCamps onto my computer at home which is handy gathering campsites information for an upcoming trip & better still user feedback.

We also use the http://www.findacamp.com.au/ website & the Camps Australia Wide book.
happy camping

Yep Wiki will give you a list of camp sites near you, based on your GPS location (using it on the iPad is the best bet). It will also give you a GPS based map to direct you to the camp location. As mentioned, use the comments tap to size up what the camp is like. It's all I use these days.

Android user.
WikiCamps of course.
Keep up to date - ABC News
Read ebooks on 8" tablet or phone - Play Books, Kobo Books, Amazon Kindle - Overdrive and Libby for borrowed books from my local library.
Alarm Clock Xtreme allows to set a short alarm with music that turns off after a few seconds - you can wake up, but lie in bed as the alarm turns itself off.
NSW FuelCheck in NSW and FuelMap elsewhere - it is amazing to find fuel prices in a town can vary by 20 cents a litre - saves driving around or you may decide to go to the town before or after your planned stop.
3D Compass - where is North so can work our where sun will travel during the day.
Gas Finder - when you need to fill up the gas cylinder.
