Members & their friends are invited to attend the next members weekend at Manning Point

If you wish to attend please add your name in the form provided.  

An ice-breaker e-mail will be sent to the address you have registered your interest on the form two weeks before the meet. Please reply to confirm your attendance.

WHERE. Weeroona Holiday Park, 21 Main Road, Manning Point, NSW http://weeroona.com/

WHEN. On the weekend of Saturday 18th to Sunday 19th February 2023

GETTING THERE. Weeroona Holiday Park is situated at Mitchells Island, 26 km east of Taree at the mouth of the Manning River.

From the Pacific Highway take the Taree off ramp & then onto Old Bar Road. Travel approx. 7.8 kilometres & turn left into Manning Point Road. Travel approx 17.6 kilometres until you see the Weeroona Holiday Park entrance on your right.

CAMPING. The holiday park is set on 40 acres of natural bushland, bounded by the river on one side & the ocean beach on the other. We will be camping in the grassed bush camping area.

MAKING ARRANGEMENTS. Please book direct with the park on 02 6553 2635 letting them know you are with the Australian CamperTrailers Group to reserve your campsite in the grassed sites area where the group will be camping.

Then add your name to the form provided so your hosts know you is attending. The address of the form can be found in the Australian CamperTrailers forum in the Upcoming Events section or in the Australian CamperTrailers Facebook Group by typing Weeroona into the search this group window.

CAMPING FEES. There will be a discount available depending on the numbers attending. The standard off peak prices are -
non-powered $36 per night for two adults
extra person $18
2nd & subsequent children 6-16 years half price
children 5 years and under free
Pets $5 fee per animal on a campsite per stay
Day visitors $5 per day per person. Visitors must check in at office.

POWER. $40 a night per two adults.

WATER. Drinking water is available.

AMENITIES. Flushing toilets & hot showers.

CAMPFIRES. Campfires are allowed in elevated fire places only.

DOGS. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times. There is an off lead area.

RUBBISH. There are rubbish bins provided. 

SATURDAY NIGHT. There will be a 'dress in green themed' combined meal on the Saturday night starting at 5pm. Please bring a shared plate of nibbles, salad or dessert. Your meat to be cooked on the bbq's provided by your hosts. Don't forget your table & chairs.

Come sit & relax with a bunch of like minded people. Check the modifications others have done to their camper trailers to make camping life all that more enjoyable. You might meet as complete strangers on the Friday evening, but will part old friends such is the camaraderie.

You do not need a camper trailer to attend. Members looking to buy a camper trailer are more than welcome to come along & get a first hand unbiased opinion of a particular camper trailer from their owners. Come along & meet the faces behind the typing. You are also very welcome to drop in for the day.

Please keep in mind that the group owners will not accept any responsibility for members & non-members actions during the weekend get together. If you decide to attend, it is solely at your own responsibility, including any side trips or outings during the weekend meet.
