Safari Can

After a few years of design & development Gary & Karran Roberson are pleased to announce the release of their Safari Can, a purpose built jerry with a difference. Jerry's are used to carry water, but once that job is done, there is an empty space begging to be used. Space is at a premium in a camper trailer so having something that does two jobs is very handy indeed.

The twenty litre Safari Can is all Australian built using UV stabilised medium density polyethylene, the same used in rain water tanks and comes with a food grade silicone seal so it will not taint your drinking water. The Can will fit ninety percent of jerry holders.

The unique feature of the Safari Can is the lid, which can be removed giving full access to the internal space of the jerry. You can now clean the inside of your drinking water container or use the Can for more important jobs such as a general storage container, an ice chest for drinks, a washing machine on corrugated roads, a fishing bucket,  carrying water from the creek, the list goes on. You could take firewood to camp & then use the Can to collect water from the creek for showers using the adjustable carry handle. There is also a recessed handle on the base to assist with pouring and lifting. The Safari Can could also be used with a wire cable for keeping items safe.

Optional extras include a vinyl cover to enhance dust sealing capabilities and internal shelving to improve storage options.

More details can be found on the Safari Can website http://www.safarican.com.au
